SIGHT - The environment that your client is entering should be a delight to the eyes. Have candles, soft lighting, water elements and relaxing sounds to help your client to instantly relax and forget about the stresses of life.

 

SCENT - The aroma of a room can impact on the client’s journey. Create a soothing and relaxing environment to help clients feel warm and welcomed. Aromas can recapture life experiences and bring back many happy memories.

 

SOUND - Be aware of the sounds surrounding your clients as this can impact on their journey and sense of relaxation. It’s important the therapist ensures the ‘client’s journey’ exceeds expectation.

Clients Journey

 

Step 1 On arrival you or your team should welcome the client. Whilst waiting provide them with a consultation form.

 

Step 2 The Therapist should introduce themselves to the client. On walking through to the treatment area take a short time to discuss the client’s expectations.

 

Step 3 Leave the client in private to settle onto the treatment bed for a few minutes, before commencing the chosen treatment.

 

Step 4 At the end of the treatment offer the client a refreshment, and discuss individual advice and aftercare. This is a great opportunity to recommend products and further treatments. This service is important, as continued use of the correct products will help achieve the results your client is looking for.
